Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. operates four fully functional institutes. - Institute of Oils & Fats / Confectionery Ingredients R&D and the Institute of Protein R&D strive to improve basic technologies and develop new products for the emerging consumer demands. Institute of Application Technology develops new product application to meet specific customer requirements through practical, focused vision.
The Foods Service Research Institute is responsible for developing the seeds for tomorrow's new ingredients through extensive research.
In addition to our corporate institutes, The Fuji Foundation for Protein Research funds multitude of research programs with universities and industry research facilities.
